Open a question to read the answer.
I cannot receive the SMS or no longer have the number. What can I do?
Check that your phone can receive messages on the number linked to your account. If you cannot use that number, try security questions if you set them up. Otherwise, read the ASIT instructions to request support.
I cannot remember my answers or did not set up recovery.
If you linked a mobile number beforehand, try SMS recovery. If no method is available, follow the Password Change Request instructions. After recovering access, you can set up security questions (Italian).
This is my first sign-in. How do I activate my account?
Call the Help Desk at 049 827 3722 to receive your activation details. Wait a few minutes after the call, then follow the first-access procedure using the password you received by phone.
The service will not open or my email still asks for a password.
If the service will not open, check the ASIT sign-in instructions. After a password change or recovery, update the password saved in your applications when prompted. If the problem continues, contact the University Helpdesk.
